Corporate customers
The following original documents must be submitted to open a current account with the bank:
Legal person registered in Estonia
- A/B-card of the Commercial Register on the registration of the company (not older than 15 days). If the company fails to submit a valid register extract, the bank will place an inquiry with the Commercial Register to check the register data.
- The company must submit the required notarised instruments of constitution (foundation resolution or memorandum of association) to open a current account for the company in foundation (a start-up account).
- In addition to the above, the document that forms the basis for the operations of the legal person (articles of association or statutes) as well as the documents verifying the representative's right of representation must be submitted to open a current account for the Republic of Estonia, a state authority, a local government, an administrative agency of a local government or other legal person governed by public law.
Corporate accounts can only be opened by the legal representative of the corresponding legal person. Only the founder(s) of the company can open a current account for the company in the process of being established. The representative must submit a personal identification document to open the current account.
