Instructions for storing the safety elements of the Solo service
Service users are identified in the Internet and Telephone Bank through safety elements - the user ID and the code card. In order to avoid unauthorised use of the service, and possible damage thereof, we recommend making sure that the following requirements are met upon storing the safety elements:
- store the user ID and the code card in a secret place, where third parties (including family members) do not have access to them. If you wish another person to be able to arrange your financial affairs, appoint him/her as the user of the service;
- keep the code card and user ID separately, because knowing of only a single safety element (e.g. user ID) does not enable misuse;
- do not record safety elements on items where they are recognisable to third parties (e.g. it is strictly forbidden to record the user ID on the code card in any way). The bank recommends remembering the user ID.
If user ID or codes of the code card are disclosed to a third person, or there is a danger of such disclosure, or in case of any other safety problems upon the use of the service, immediately call the 24-hour the telephone bank at +372 6283 283.
