Customer group reassignment

Upgrading


If the usage of the bank’s services by you and your family exceeds the requirements for next level of the customer program, you and your family members will be transferred to the silver or gold customer group. The upgrading is effected, based on the data of the last 2-month period.
 

Downgrading


If the usage volume of the bank’s services by you and your family has been below the requirements of your current customer group for the last six consecutive months, you and your family members will be transferred to the silver or bronze customer group. You will not be downgraded, if you fulfil the requirements of your current customer group in at least one month during the six.
 

You do not need to keep track of your volumes.


We will do that for you. And we will automatically let you know if your engagement has changed so that you no longer can maintain your advantages. On the other hand, should engagement increase, we will automatically give you better prices and terms.
