In order to provide additional confirmation by SMS, you must first activate the SMS confirmation service. Choose “Mobile services“ from the upper menu in the online bank and SMS confirmation service. Please check your mobile telephone number under the same menu, because your payment confirmation messages will be sent to this phone number.
Receiving and sending SMS confirmation messages is free of charge for customers of Estonian mobile operators – Telia, Elisa, Tele2 – in Estonian mobile networks.
If you provide additional confirmation by calling Nordea Customer Support at +372 7101143, you must identify yourself with your code card. If you do not have a code card, then you can get one at your nearest Nordea office.
The standard calling fee applies to calls made to Nordea Customer Support.
