Call 1772 if you have lost your codes

If your user code or code card codes have fallen into the hands of a third person or there is such a risk, or in case of any other security problems when you use the service, call the telephone bank’s 24 hour telephone number 1772 immediately.

On business days from 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 5pm. your call will be answered by an operator while the rest of the time it is possible to leave a message on the answering machine. All messages left on the answering machine will be retrieved at the beginning of the business day.
