Telephone bank

If you lack an Internet connection, it is possible to use the Nordea telephone bank service.

With the assistance of our expert customer assistance associates, bank transactions can be conducted on the working days 08:00-21:00, saturdays 09:00-19:00 and sundays 09:00-19:00 by Phone bank service number 1772 (calling from abroad +372 6 283 300)


The telephone bank will allow you to do the following:


  • Obtain information on your account balances and transactions
  • Get information on bank products, services and exchange rates
  • Settle accounts in euro
  • Make foreign-currency payments within the Estonia branch and the Nordea group
  • Convert currencies on your accounts
  • Open new accounts
  • Set up, modify and end standing orders and direct depositing
  • Open accounts
  • Submit debit card applications and change existing card limits
  • Reserve cash amounts for withdrawal from bank offices (for large sums and uncommon currencies)

  • There is no monthly fee for the telephone bank service and transactions are executed on the basis of the general price list.

    The user is authenticated by the user code and code card (Internet bank) codes.
