Home Flex is a flexible loan secured by real estate collateral. Once you have taken the loan, you can use it whenever you desire and for whatever purpose you see fit. You can use the credit line whenever you need. And you only have to pay interest on the part of the credit that you actually use.

Loan amount

• Home Flex is granted in the minimum amount of 50,000 EEK.
• Home Flex may be applied in the amount of up to 66% of the value of the collateral.
• The maximum loan amount being 1,000,000 EEK for the collateral pledged.

Interest

• Nordea Estonia EEK or EUR prime interest + margin (depends on the customer status).
• The final interest is a bit higher that the standard Home Loan interest.

Additional information

The loan applicant must be at least 18 years old and have a net income of at least 10 000 EEK.
