¹If, in case of a payment in full to the beneficiary, the costs of the transfer (i.e. the fees of payment intermediaries and of the beneficiary’s bank) exceed the service fee established for the relevant payment by the current pricelist, the bank shall debit from the payer’s account, in addition to the service fee, the difference of such costs and the service fee.

⁹If the incoming payment is not in the currency of the beneficiary's account shown in the payment order, the funds shall be converted into the account currency on the basis of the exchange rate as of the day the account is credited.
