Fund portfolio

Placing money in investments helps attain long-term financial goals because:

  • Historical experience shows that the probability of positive return increases considerably in the long-term. The value of each investment may rise or fall over time, but if you invest long-term, then you make sure that time works in your favour;
  • Long-term investments offer better protection from inflation;
  • You are creating the opportunity to increase your wealth.

In order to achieve a good result, you need a diversified investment portfolio that is customised to your needs.

This is what we do at Nordea. Look at how time increases your chances of success.

Investments into a fund portfolio are suitable only, if they correspond to the individual customer`s risk profile ascertained on the basis of a risk assessment questionnaire (MiFID). Your risk tolerance is assessed at an investment counselling meeting to find you the most suitable investment profile, corresponding to your investment objectives, risk appetite, return expectations and financial capacity.

Nordea provides customers two diversified fund portfolio solutions with a tailored allocation of assets – model portfolio and simplified model portfolio.

A model portfolio offers better diversification of assets due to a larger investment – investments starting from 5000 EUR.

Nordea provides customers two diversified fund portfolio solutions with a tailored allocation of assets – a model portfolio and a simplified model portfolio.

A simplified model portfolio is a good option to start putting together an optimal fund portfolio or to add regular investments to an existing portfolio – investments from 50 € to 5000 €.

Below, you will find the regular investment funds` pricelist also applied to model portfolio transactions.
Model portfolio transaction cost is based on the ratio of share and bond funds included in the selected fund portfolio strategy; the pricelist is applied to each individual transaction separately.

1 VAT is added to the monthly fee. The bank debits the monthly fee from the current account related to the securities account in the calendar month following the month when the fee is calculated.
2 The value of securities is calculated at the end of calendar month. For equities listed on a stock exchange the value is calculated from the closing price on the last trading day of a month, for other securities from their face value and for investment fund units from their net asset value.
3 VAT is added to the securities account statement fee.
4 If the bank incurs costs from the cancellation of a transaction order due to price changes, penalties payable to other institutions and so forth, the bank will debit the costs from the customer's current account.
5 This service is only available to customers of Private Banking and Corporate Banking.

The value of an investment portfolio may rise or fall depending on developments on global financial markets, affected by an array of risk factors. Investor may lose the invested capital in part or in full.
